Electronic materials producer TDG (SHA:600330) controlling shareholder, Tiantong Gaoxin Group, has agreed to a capital injection of 90 million yuan in cash from Yinchuan Yinchuang Xingong Equity Investment Partnership.
Of the total, 6.22 million yuan will be allocated to registered capital to acquire a 4.23% stake in Tiantong Hightech, while the remaining 83.8 million yuan will be added to capital reserves, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing Friday.
Following the capital increase, Tiantong Gaoxin's registered capital will rise to 147.20 million yuan from 141 million yuan.
Tiantong Hightech's direct shareholding in TDG remains unchanged at 10.5%.
TDG's shares fell nearly 4% in recent trade.
