Nanya New Material Technology to Raise Subsidiary's Capital by 740 Million Yuan; Shares Down 9%

Nanya New Material Technology (SHA:688519) plans to raise the capital of its subsidiary, Nanya New Material Technology (Jiangsu), by 740 million yuan, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
Out of the planned capital raise, 50 million yuan will be credited to Jiangsu Nanya's paid-in capital and 690 million yuan will be placed in its capital reserve.
After the transaction, Jiangsu Nanya's registered capital will rise to 250 million yuan from 200 million yuan.
The electronics component manufacturer's shares dipped 9% during the midday trade.
