Veea (VEEA) said late Thursday it is now fully compliant with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements after meeting the remaining governance deficiencies.
The company said recent changes to its board and committee composition resolved the deficiencies, following the previously confirmed resolution of its minimum bid-price deficiency.
Shares were up about 13% in after-hours trading.
